Kashmir Avenue Apartments Tower FGEHA G-13/4 is the luxury residence tower project of FGEHA. The project aims at providing housing facilities to the FGEs.The project consist of three Blocks. Each Block has three Basements and Ground plus Twenty One (G+21) floors. Total Apartments – 1467 Nos. (753 Nos of 1100 sft & 714 Nos of 1306 sft)Area reserved for Amenities at Ground Floor.

Geotechnical Investigation: Geoengineers conducted detailed Geotechnical Investigation of FGEHA tower in G-13/4. 10 No’s of boreholes were drilled to asses ground situation for foundation design.
